Steril Beauty sterilizing autoclave

1. To turn on the machine, press button 13.
2. Open the door and fill the water tank.
   Press button 12 to load water into the chamber.
3. Open tap 08 by turning the ring nut anticlockwise.
   Insert the tube with funnel and pour demineralized water.
4. Pour the entire contents of the jug into the funnel.
5. Close the tap by turning the ring nut (clockwise) once the water loading phase is complete, to avoid steam leaks from the front part.
6. Empty the autoclave completely every 5 cycles.
7. Release button 12 to stop the water flow.
8. Place the tools on the tray.
9. Arrange the wrapped instruments, always with the paper side facing upwards.
10. Set the desired sterilization cycle (Cycle121°C or Cycle134°C): press button 11.
11. Close and lock the door by sliding the lever to the right and pushing towards the front panel.
12. Start the sterilization cycle: press button 10.
    

Room cleaning:

1. Periodically clean the chamber by removing any deposits or debris, thus avoiding introducing materials into the exhaust circuit that may create obstructions. For good cleaning, use only demineralized water and the abrasive sponge provided.
   

Cleaning the chamber filter:

1. Pull the filter upwards, being careful not to damage it.
2. Wash it with demineralized water and dry it with a clean, dry cloth.
3. Place it back into its seat, making sure that it protrudes by approximately 15mm.
   

Cleaning the trays and tray holders:

1. Clean with a sponge moistened with demineralized water.
   

Cleaning the door seal:

1. Periodically remove any residue that settles on the circumference of the gasket, using a sponge moistened with demineralized water.
   

• Cleaning must be done in a cold room to avoid burns. Never use solvents, detergents, chemical solutions, descalers or other similar products.
• Maintenance of the instrument must be carried out every 20 cycles or once a week.
• Never overlap tools and bags.
• During the installation phase, leave at least 10 cm of space between the wall and the machine.
  Dry the instruments thoroughly before placing them in the bags and in the autoclave.
• Allow tools to cool completely before using them.
