1. Distribute the Sun Milk 30 evenly over face and body before sun exposure.
2. Gently massage to spread the milk over the skin.
3. Apply the product every 2 hours and avoid sun exposure during the hottest times of the day.
4. Reapply frequently in case of prolonged exposure, after every swim or in case of heavy sweating.

• Which sun protection to choose between SPF 30 and SPF 50+?

If you have fair skin and are exposed to the sun for a long time, I recommend using a very high protection factor SPF 50+.
Although SPF 30 filters about 97% of UVB rays and SPF 50+ filters about 98%, that small extra percentage makes a big difference in terms of protection against long-term damage, sunburn, and premature aging. If you have very dark skin or for a very brief and occasional exposure, SPF 30 can be sufficient.

• Can I use this sunscreen on the face too?

Certainly, as our Sun Milk 30 has been formulated for use on the face as well. Don't forget often overlooked areas such as ears, neck, back of the hands, feet, and, if exposed, the scalp.

• How long does the protection last after application?

Apply the Sun Milk 20-30 minutes before sun exposure. This allows the product to be absorbed and form an effective protective barrier on the skin.
The duration of protection after a single application depends on several factors. Efficacy is reduced due to sweating, swimming, rubbing (with towels, clothes, or sand), and prolonged sun exposure. Generally, it is recommended to reapply sunscreen every 2 hours, or more frequently in case of intense physical activity or swimming.

• Is the product water resistant?

The Sun Milk 30 has a Water Resistant filter that remains effective for about 40 minutes of immersion in water.
Water resistant does not mean it is waterproof! After swimming for 40 minutes and drying yourself, the protection must be reapplied.
